- Perishable goods (produce, meat, dairy, frozen foods) unless damaged upon arrival
- Opened personal care items, cosmetics, supplements
- Opened baby products (food, formula, diapers)
- Gift cards and final sale clearance items
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Spoiled Perishables
Report within 24 hours with order number and photos. We will issue a refund or replacement within 1–2 business days. No need to return spoiled items.
